To begin, we have crafted a seamless process to provide you, the homeowner, with a stress-free experience.
Let’s outline the steps:
1. Conduct an onsite inspection to evaluate square footage and discuss the general floor plan.
2. Present a contract detailing the desired project.
3. After approval, we work together with the architect and city. (This process typically takes 2-3 months the city and an additional 2-3 months with the architect). We recommend acting quickly during the planning stages.
4. Once the city approves the plans and all necessary corrections are made, we will get started!
Now, let’s take a look at what’s included in the pricing.
-Our pricing starts at $300 per square foot for a detached unitprices may vary based on customer requests). This includes:
1. Site plans and communication with the architect
2. All interior finishes
3. All exterior finishes
4. Interior plumbing (water and sewer)
5. Complete electrical work in the ADU and from house
Solar panels are now part of any new construction and will be included in the contract (since 2018). Our team is prepared to set up clean energy and reduce future electrical costs.
